We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week, with working hours from 9:30am to 1:30pm, plus one full day until 4:30pm (to be agreed).

Key Responsibilities
Front of house reception duties: greeting and assisting clients and visitors
Answering telephone calls and handling email enquiries professionally
Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office organisation
Using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to produce documents, reports, and correspondence
Key Requirements
English as a first language is essential
Other languages, especially Greek, while not essential will be considered an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to learn bespoke packages
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Strong written communication skills for handling emails and documents
Well-organised, with good attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable
